The body adapts very quickly and therefore in order to keep moving and to develop we have to work it through its full potential in terms of movements.

Many people spend hour after hour training and develop the 't-shirt' body but it is not functional muscle. Ask them to move in a different direction to the norm and their central nervous system can not send a signal strong enough to fire the muscle in order for it to complete the task.

We help you to develop  'functional muscle' through simple yet challenging exercises that will increase your functional strength considerable.
You will never hit a training plateau as we are not training the muscles directly we are working the central nervous system to increase the signal to the muscle.

But most of all, it has to be FUN!

Personal Training

Park Life Functional Training can be arranged as a personal session for you to have the session on your own or with a partner, or up to two friends. Package prices will vary due to your requirements so please contact us so that we can send you and information pack and contact you to discuss you goals.


Small Group Session

There is a weekly group located in Bury St Edmunds that meet in the morning 3 times a week whatever the weather to train together. You will also receive support from fellow participants and not competitiveness.
Due to the fact that this training takes place outdoors the group is restricted in numbers.
The weather is not an issue as this is quite an intensive session so you will be warm all year round.
