(for more than 2 people a group fee can be arranged to make this financially accessible for all)

1 person £120 per 90min session
2 people £200 per 90min session
(alternatively you can attend a seminar, book via www.empowered-combat.com)
Life Empowerment Program.
Package prices range from £100 to £500 and include face to face training, plus on-line support. Sometimes you just need somewhere there to keep reminding you to make the right choices
